Conditions of enrolment, UK
- There are a maximum of 12 candidates on the course.
- Places on courses are only reserved when the deposit of £100 or the full fees are paid within the required time.
- A deposit must be paid within 7 days of an offer being made. The full fees must be received more than 30 days before the course starts.
- If a place is offered within 30 days of the start date, the balance of fees must be received within 7 days of the offer/course start date -whichever is soonest.
- Deposits are not returnable but may be transferred at our discretion.
- If notice of cancellation is received in writing more than 30 days before the start date of the course the balance of fees will be refunded (minus the deposit). Refunds cannot be made in any other circumstances either before or after the course other than in the case of cancellation by the college.
- The college reserves the right to cancel a course for which numbers do not meet the minimum requirement, in which case an alternative course will be offered or fees and deposits will be refunded.

Conditions of enrolment, USA
- You complete and return the Application and the Pre-Interview Task.
- We call you to set up an appointment for an interview. If you live outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, this interview may be conducted by phone.
- At the end of the interview, we will let you know whether you have been accepted. We will then send you a confirmation letter and an Enrolment Agreement.
- You return the Enrolment Agreement, together with the deposits of $150.
- We confirm your place on the course and send you the pre-course assignment.
- You send the balance of fees two weeks before the start of your course.

Conditions of Enrolment TESOL UK
- Places on courses are only reserved when the deposit of £100 or the full fees are paid within the required time.
- A deposit must be paid within 7 days of an offer of a course place being made. The full fees must be received at least 28 days before the course starts.
- Deposits are non-returnable (except in the case of course cancellation - see 6. below)
- If notice of cancellation by a course participant is received in writing more than 30 days before the start date of the course, the balance of fees will be refunded minus the deposit. Refunds cannot be made before, during or after the course except in the case of cancellation by the college.
- The college reserves the right to cancel a course for which numbers of participants do not meet the minimum requirement, in which case an alternative course will be offered or fees and deposits will be refunded.
