Will you require help with accommodation?

1. Places on courses are only reserved when the deposit of £150 or the full fees are paid within the required time.
2. A deposit must be paid within 7 days of an offer being made. The full fees must be received more than 30 days before the course starts.
3. If a place is offered within 30 days of the start date, the balance of fees must be received within 7 days of the offer/course start date - whichever is soonest.
4. Deposits are not returnable but may be transferred at our discretion.
5. If notice of cancellation is received in writing more than 30 days before the start date of the course the balance of fees will be refunded (minus the deposit). Refunds cannot be made in any other circumstances either before or after the course other than in the case of cancellation by the college.
6. The college reserves the right to cancel a course for which numbers do not meet the minimum requirement, in which case an alternative course will be offered or fees and deposits will be refunded.
